APM Customer Story - DONG Energy
In autumn 2008, DONG Energy, Sales & Distribution upgraded their SAP® system for customer management from version 4.6 to version ECC 6.0. The system has around 1,600 SAP® users and about 230 different roles and, thus, is one of the more complicated projects.
