Authorization Process Manager® version 2.4

We are pleased to announce that the new version 2.4 of the Authorization Process Manager is now available.

 

The following lists the new features, improvements and corrections in APM version 2.4:

  • NEW: Administrators can set up e-mail notifications triggered when a responsible is assigned to an issue. E-mail notification will contain all relevant information for the new responsible to take action.
  • IMPROVED: APM Issue detail screen is redesigned in order to get a better overview of the issue content and improve the flow of working with APM Issues.
  • IMPROVED: APM Issue action log is redesigned to support APM being the primary system for documenting the change process of authorizations. This includes: collecting error reports, administration of errors, approval, analysis and documentation of the precise alterations to roles.
  • IMPROVED: Multiple Work Tasks assigned to the same APM Issue were previously executed in a loop. In order to ensure quality and control of the correction process each Work Task is now executed separately.
  • IMPROVED: APM Project Step 1 “Select Users” – sequence of screens changed in order to avoid any missteps.
  • FIXED: Paging links in /APPLISOL/APMTEST transaction don't work for certain users.
  • FIXED: Long wait times after executing tcode test.
  • FIXED: Function module missing in BI system.
