When you want to purchase Authorization Process Manager you can chose between alternative pricing standard plans. If you have a particular request we can help you too.

We offer the following pricing plans that each offer some particular benefits:

1. Software License Purchase
2. Project price

Software License Purchase
This is the most common software purchase plan. The advantage of this plan is that it offers the lowest annual costs after the software license fee is paid year one. This pricing plan consists of the following elements:

1. A Software License Fee
   The Fee is calculated on the number of professional users, excluding ESS/MSS users. Standard volume discount rates are offered per 1,000 users.
2. Implementation and Training
   This is offered on a Guaranteed Fixed Price basis. The price is €4k/$5,6k no matter how many users the Software License covers.
3. Annual maintenance
   This covers Unlimited Support and New Software Releases. The price is 20% of the Software License Fee.
4. Hosting (Optional)
   If you prefer we offer hosting at a Guaranteed Fixed Price of €3k/$4,5k p.a.

Project Price
For those that want to apply Authorization Process Manager only for a specific SAP project we offer a Project Price plan. With this plan you rent a time limited all-inclusive installation.
