Unless otherwise agreed, support is provided during normal working hours (9 am to 5 pm CET time Monday thru Friday).

We will respond to requests within one working day and often much quicker. In case an issue cannot be resolved immediately, e.g. if a program change is required, we will keep customers informed of the expected time to resolution as well as any available work-around to the issue.

We endeavor to solve any issues related to our hosting services within one hour.
