APM Add-on remove
SAP does not provide any way to remove an ABAP add-on from a system, except in the case of a system upgrade where you have the choice of keeping, upgrading or removing existing add-ons in the system. There is, of course, no inherent problem associated with having an unused add-on installed. Should you, however, wish to remove the Authorization Process Manager add-on from your systems because you no longer use it, you may manually delete all the workbench objects associated with APM. These are all located within the /APPLISOL/APM package and subordinate packages, and all the objects belong to the /APPLISOL/ namespace except for authorization objects which cannot belong to a namespace. Please note, however, that even once all objects are deleted, the system’s component information will still show the add-on as installed.
